Family Style

Family style provides a warm familiar setting allowing your guests to remain seated and all be served together. The PSC team will present platters and bowls of each dish for your guests to enjoy.

Both Plated and Buffet menus may be adapted to modified family style.

Often beginning with a placed salad or appetizer, either plated or family style to welcome your guests to dinner.

Greet your guests with passed or stationed hors d'oeuvres and finish the evening with beautiful desserts for that perfect final touch.
