Modified Family Style

This style combines the elegance of plated entrees with the warmth of family style. The PSC team brings individually plated entrees to each guest whilst bowls and platters of side dishes are placed on the table to enjoy.

Both Plated and Buffet menus may be adapted to modified family style.

Often beginning with a placed salad or appetizer, either plated or family style to welcome your guests to dinner.

Greet your guests with passed or stationed hors d'oeuvres and finish the evening with beautiful desserts for that perfect final touch.
