Weddings and Gala Events
Your wedding shouldn't have to fit a catering package. We build the menu and service around your tastes, your venue, your priorities and your budget.
We offer full service catering for your wedding or gala with food styling, professional staff and rentals. We will help you conceptualize your event. With many years of weddings and even more parties we have the experience to make your special day just what you want it to be and as special as it should be.
Meet with our Chef and Wedding Event Planner to design your perfect menu and discuss every aspect to make your day just what you want.

The Planning Process
Start with a brief phone call to answer all the quick questions and to set up a meeting.
When we have our initial meeting we'll discuss everything from the menus to the rentals to the flow of the big day. We consider any special dietary requirements and your favorite (or not so favorite) foods. We have linen samples in a vast array of colors and styles, and many samples of glassware and tableware to choose from to set the right feel for the event. We'll also talk about your venue and brainstorm with you to get everything just right.
Our team will then take all that information to craft a menu and create a detailed estimate, which we'll send to you in only a few days. Then after you review it, we will make adjustments with your feedback, and once you feel this is a good fit we set up a menu tasting.
After confirming your event we would like to visit your event location with you to plan the layout. And during the months that follow we are easily available by phone or email or in person to answer questions or tweak the plans.

Common Questions
How much does a wedding cost?
Well, that's a hard question since it depends on so many factors. But the weddings we typically cater range from $180 to $220 per person; that includes food, staff and rentals. A simple BBQ might only cost $50pp, but simple wedding BBQs typically jump up to $100pp pretty quickly with all the extras wanted for a wedding. Take a look at our Sample Weddings page to get a good description of the types and costs. When is my final count due?
Your final count is due 14 days before the event. This should also be the last day you make any changes to the rentals.Do you provide the flowers and cake?
We have many good dessert items, but we do not do wedding cakes or flowers, although we can recommend several good companies that offer these and other services. What is included in your catering service?
Every wedding is different, but our services typically include planning assistance, menu development, professional staffing, food preparation, setup, service, cleanup, and coordination with your venue and rental providers. -
How far in advance should we book our wedding caterer? We typically book weddings 6 to 18 months in advance. However, if your date is still available, we're happy to plan weddings on much shorter notice.
Can we customize our wedding menu? Absolutely! Every wedding menu is customized to your tastes, venue, style, dietary needs, and budget. We don't expect you to fit into a standard package.
Do you offer menu tastings? Yes. Once we've developed a menu that you're excited about, we'll schedule a tasting so you can experience it before your wedding.
Do you help arrange rentals? Yes. We work closely with two excellent local rental companies and can help coordinate everything from tables and chairs to china, glassware, linens, and more.
