Meet with our Chef and Lead Event Planner to design your perfect menu and discuss every aspect to make your day just what you want.
We suggest you start with our Menus page where you will find samples from previous events. Then review our large selection of Hors d'oeuvres. Our Cost Planning and Sample Weddings can help you set the scale and offers good planning pointers.
Call or email us to check on the availability of the date, to have any initial questions answered, and to set up a meeting to start planning your event.
Start with a brief phone call to answer all the quick questions and to set up a meeting.
When we have our initial meeting we'll discuss everything from the menus to the rentals to the flow of the big day. We consider any special dietary requirements and your favorite (or not so favorite) foods. We have linen samples in a vast array of colors and styles, and many samples of glassware and tableware to choose from to set the right feel for the event. We'll also talk about your venue and brainstorm with you to get everything just right.
Amber and our team will then take all that information to craft a menu and create a detailed estimate, which we'll send to you in only a few days. Then after you review it, we will make adjustments with your feedback, and once you feel this is a good fit we set up a menu tasting.
After confirming your event we would like to visit your event location with you to plan the layout. And during the months that follow we are easily available by phone or email or in person to answer questions or tweak the plans.
How much does a wedding cost? Well, that's a hard question since it depends on so many factors. But the weddings we typically cater range from $180 to $220 per person; that includes food, staff and rentals. A simple BBQ might only cost $50pp, but simple wedding BBQs typically jump up to $100pp pretty quickly with all the extras wanted for a wedding. Take a look at our Sample Events page to get a good description of the types and costs.
When is my final count due? Your final count is due 14 days before the event. This should also be the last day you make any changes to the rentals.
Do you provide the flowers and cake? We have many good dessert items, but we do not do wedding cakes or flowers, although we can recommend several good companies that offer these and other services
