We have been serving the business community since our inception over 35 years ago. From staff lunches for 20, to cocktail parties for 50, to gala holiday events for 200, to summer barbeques for 1,500; we've got it covered.
It's amazing what a simple lunch can do for morale. Start with a look at our Set & Go Menus, you can choose from buffet or individually boxed or bagged. It's easy to order, cost effective, and we only need a few days notice.

Ordering
How do I place a business catering order?
Call us at (707) 769-7208 or email LetsParty@SonomaCaterers.com. We'll discuss your event, help you choose the right menu, answer any questions, and prepare a proposal if needed. Once everything is approved, we'll take care of the details so you can focus on your event.How much notice do you need?
For most delivered business lunches, we appreciate about a week's notice. Larger catered events with staffing and rentals should be planned further in advance whenever possible. If your event is last minute, give us a call—we'll do everything we can to help.How do I know which menu is right for my event?

Can you customize the menu?
For larger events, absolutely—we customize menus all the time. For smaller lunches, we can often make adjustments to our existing menus to better fit your needs.Do you provide boxed lunches?
Yes. We can provide individually packaged boxed lunches, or for added variety and savings we can offer an assortment of our most popular selections.Can you cater breakfast meetings?
Yes. We regularly cater breakfast meetings throughout our service area. Because early morning events require special scheduling and travel considerations, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss your location and timing. -

Do you deliver?
Yes. We typically deliver within about a 30-minute drive of our kitchen in Petaluma.Do you provide setup?
Yes. Whether your order is served on disposable platters or in serving dishes, we'll arrange everything attractively with serving utensils, plates, napkins, and flatware as needed.Do you provide serving staff?
Yes we do. This is especially helpful for larger groups, fancy events, or if you just need it handled.Do you clean up afterward?
Yes. For staffed events, our team handles cleanup as part of our service so you can focus on your guests. -
