Casual Part Time
Casual Part-Time (scheduled as needed and available) / $11.50 to $13
per hour plus tips. Attends customers at catering events.
Transports, sets up, and cleans up equipment and food to and from
customer site. Serves food and beverage and attends to client
needs. Some food preparation. Good customer service and
interpersonal skills a must. A good deal of lifting and moving
should be expected.
Catering Chef: Nothing right now, thank
opportunity for a Chef / Sous-Chef who would like to work up to 10
Saturdays per year. Casual Part-Time (scheduled as needed and
available) / $15 to $18 per hour plus tips. Prepare dishes
from provided event menus in a manner consistent with the company's
practices and guidelines. Well versed in a wide variety of the
field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to follow
directions and work independently at must. May direct the work of
others. A wide degree of creativity and problem solving is
expected. At least 5 years experience in the field. This could be
a good match for a Sous-Chef seeking occasional extra hours, or a
Regular Part & Full
Chef: Follows the menus and recipes provided to coordinate
with peers and lead others in the preparation of a wide range of
foods according to proper preparation methods. Activities include
both on premise and off premise preparation, finishing and plating.
Develops, tests, and documents recipes according to company
standards in concert with the Chef and others. Relevant experience
should include 4 to 6+ years professional kitchen experience,
culinary education a plus.
